Yes, we are the authorize distributor and/or brand owner of the goods.

Yes, you can come down to our office located at 623 Aljunied Road, #01-02, Aljunied Industrial Complex, Singapore 389835. Please call us to check the stock availability before coming down.

 

Orders

You must be 18 years of age or over to purchase alcoholic beverages from this site. We reserve the right to request a valid photo ID for verification.

A Order Confirmation will be sent to your registered email upon confirmation of your order. It will contain your order details. 

 

Changes cannot be made to the original order. A new order will need to be placed. Do note that only orders that are paid fully via a credit card may be cancelled and refunded.

 

Yes, we have both gift card and gift tag add-on option. Input your wishes in the comment box during checkout.

All our prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD) and your credit card will be charged in Singapore dollars. For foreign credit card holders, your credit card provider will convert your payment based on the bank’s current exchange rates.

Delivery

The delivery address for an order must be a valid Singapore residential address. We do not deliver to P.O. Box, Parcel Lockers or restricted zones.

We do not have overseas shipping option at the moment.

Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation is only allowed 24 hours before selected delivery schedule. Please contact us via the Contact Us form. No cancellation is allowed during the day of delivery.

AESG guarantee that every item is in good condition upon receipt. We strongly recommend you to inspect any goods that are delivered to you immediately upon receipt to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you.
 

Please contact us via the Contact Us form so that we could evaluation the issue. Issue on goods are non-returnable under the condition of; change of mind upon receipt and misuse or inappropriate handling and storage of the products upon receipt. We reserve the right to reject any cancellation, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.
