Delivery Information

• Standard

1. • You may choose a delivery date after you have placed your order.
   • Delivery slots are subject to availability. Do note that there is no delivery on weekends and Singapore Public Holidays.
   • Your order will be delivered within 11.00am - 09.00pm of your selected delivery date.
   • Spending below $150, $15 fee

• Express

1. • No minimum, $20 fee
   • Order placed by 11am will be delivered by 9pm on the same day.
   • Order placed after 11am will be delivered on the following day by 9pm.
   • Do note that there is no delivery on weekends and Singapore Public Holidays.
     

• Re-Delivery

1. • Re-delivery fees after 2 unsuccessful standard delivery attempts is $10

   • Re-delivery fees after 1 unsuccessful express delivery attempt is $15

• Self-Collection (Due to COVID-19  restrictions, this collection option will be suspended till further notice)

   • Mon-Fri, 11am-5pm, exclude PH
   • Collection slots are subject to availability. Do note that there is no collection on weekends and Singapore Public Holidays.
   • The order confirmation email and photo ID is required upon collection.
   • All uncollected goods/orders will be voided after 5 working days. Opting for delivery is subject to delivery slots, delivery fee and processing charge of S$5 is applicable.

• Terms 

1. • We aim to meet your preferred delivery date but during sales periods and force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, deliveries may take a little longer.
