EVANS & TATE REDBROOK ESTATE CABERNET MERLOT 2016
EVANS & TATE REDBROOK ESTATE CABERNET MERLOT, the selectively harvested fruit was destemmed and fermented over 10 days in stainless steel. The Merlot and Malbec underwent partial wild fermentation. The Cabernet remained on skins for another 20 days to ensure a beautiful, vibrant colour in the final wine All elements of the blend were then matured in French oak for up to 15 months. Each barrel was tasted and assessed to determine which were successful in being included in the final blend.

Aroma: Distinctly Margaret River; driven by pure Cabernet Sauvignon of blackberry, plum, bay leaf and a touch of black olive.
Taste: The Merlot fruit, and a small splash of Malbec, add texture, balance, length and a luxurious fragrance to create a seamless, uniquely Margaret River red.
Colour: Rich purple/red with a vibrant purple rim.
