The Kirin Fuji Single Grain Whiskey is a blend of 3 types of grain whiskeys, carefully crafted by the Mt. Fuji Distillery.
A bourbon-type whiskey with a rich and fruity taste, a Canadian-type whiskey with a soft mouthfeel and a deep fruity flavor, and a Scotch-type grain whiskey that is light and envelops the whole. It has an average age of 8+ years.
30% Heavy Grain & 60% Medium Grain & 10% Light Grain. Aged 100% in American White Oak barrels.
Bottled at 46% & non-chill filtered.

Aroma: Poached pear, financier (French almond cake, Gallette (French Cake), Marron glacé (Candied Chestnuts), orange peel
Taste: Apple compote, orange marmalade, raspberry jam, bitter chocolate, multi- layered of fruits preservatives and sweets, followed by subtle spiciness of rye and cinnamon. Delicately sweet and mellow, with a hint of exotic wood & subtle woody, spicy aftertaste.
